My drivers seat on my 2010 ford 150 xlt won’t move at all stuck in forward position. When you try to reverse , it moves on one side only which allows it to twist out of square that’s it.Almost like it has something jammed in track , but l looked and saw nothing.

The seat back was stuck all the way laying back and won’t come up. Check the harness into the seat back motor and checked the main harness under the seat. All is fine. Checked fuse #23 in the main fuse box (drive seat control) and not blown.
