The front seal is held in by a couple of push-in fasteners and friction along the A pillars.

Your car SHOULD NOT need a drain for water inside the passenger compartment. The coupes don’t have a drain for a reason, if water gets in the leak needs to be fixed! To my knowledge the only drain that is on the car from Ford, is the heater & A/C unit drain which is located on the passenger side of the car by the firewall.

Look at the bottom areas of both sides of the back window, both inside and out. Feel under the flaps on the inside and you may find a frayed area or hole.

There are small holes in the steel under the carpet in the rear floor area. if the drain channels are plugged up, water can be forced to exit the channels and instead of going under the fender to the outside, the seep through the holes and inside the car. When you put the top down sometimes it pushes the flaps on the Inside of the door well causing it to pour inside of your car inside of the gutter. Remove backseat and look at the sidewall.
