AFTER install, hold the selector knob on the dash full turned to the right (nuetral) and turn key on. Hold 30 seconds +/- and let it go. The light will eventually indicate 4low. Work the knob slowly to each selection. Allow the light to follow. At one point I had to turn drive shaft slightly by hand to allow it to release from 4low.
