Is there a problem with the rear window switch?

Anyone ever have problems with their rear power window switches. The rear windows will go down with rear switch but then only sometimes will go up with it, but mostly not. The rear windows work fine from the driver door switch. Started on the driver side but recently started on passenger side. Is this a window switch issue?
