Where to change oil in rear drive axles?
Changing the oil in my 379 petes axles/diffs. When I drained the oil it was above the plug in the middle of the diff cover. About 1.5L above on the back axle and 2.5L above on the front axle. Is this normal? Always thought you filled to the plug and that was good.
