Why are the heated seats not working on my Dodge Charger?
The heated seats can shut OFF early or may not turn on when the seat is already warm. The issue with the seats were related to the wiring. The fix was removing all of the wires and re-plugging them. They work now. It was a quick fix. Just an update: When the outside temp is 10 degrees or lower my driver side seat works every time.

Their “HVAC guy” pulled the panels for the passenger and driver side, and removed the passenger side actuator motor.
