They definitely work but they won’t work on 5×120 wheels. They are only meant for a small variation (ie: 5×112 to 5×114. 3). If you want to run 5×120 wheels you will need adapters or to redrill the wheels.

Do BMW and Audi have same bolt pattern?

I agree those wheels lend themselves to BMW’s but as long as the offset works BMW, Merc, and Audi all have a 5×112 bolt pattern.
