The fuse panel is located under the right-hand side of the instrument panel. To remove the trim panel for access to the fuse box, pull the panel toward you and swing it out away from the side and remove it. To reinstall it, line up the tabs with the grooves on the panel, then push it shut.

However, we cannot locate a replacement pump (Part No. 6L1Z9H307A) anywhere in the country.

When did my 2005 Ford Expedition stop running?
I, too, had a 2005 Expedition I bought brand new. On 12/23/09, I backed out of the garage and it quit running. Would not start – have never had an issue with this one or any other Expedition. Had it towed to dealer – said needs fuel pump for the tune of 960.00.
