Why does my 2005 C6 convertible top not retract?

My 2005 will retract and then stops about half way. It sounds like it is still trying to work, but it won’t retract further. If anyone has access to a trouble shooting guide or has first hand experience, I would appreciate the help. Hydraulics? Sensors? I’m just trying to start somewhere!
