It fit perfect. The cable/coupling is on top of the shift column only 3-4″ from the shift lever. You don’t need to remove the lower clam shell or the column tilt lever; just unscrew the three screws, pull up the top of the clam shell, take out the pin, uncouple the cable & it’s off.

Is the overdrive cutoff on the door chime working?
Be careful with the sensor for the door chime and you should have no problems. The overdrive cutoff works as it should again and it looks and is positioned better than the Dorman and other aftermarket selectors which tend to have less of an angle making them rest closer to the instrument panel. So nice to have my OD indicator light back.
