2004 ba falcon, no heater-a/c… 2004 ba falcon, no heater-a/c, wipers or radio. Car was jump started and brieflie shorted while connecting cables, heard a sound like a fuse shorting shorting. Fuses are all okay except one which has no power to it.Could it be the electrical cammand module in behind the radio panel. regards Keith.
