Can a carburetor be flooded at first start up?
Bolted on minimal hassle. would recommend carburetor flooded at first start up , I took top off carb and found float and needle valve incorrectly assembled , needle could not seat , wire clip that holds needle to float was missing , found one from my misc carb parts , installed and reassembled , now works ok .
