What is GP grouting?

What is GP grouting?

SmartCare General Purpose Grout is a free-flowing, high strength, non- shrink cementitious grout. It is a blend of portland cement, graded fillers and other additives which imparts controlled expansion in the plastic/hardened state in addition to minimizing water demand.

What is Conbextra GP?

Conbextra GP is a general purpose shrinkage compensated (Class A) cementitious, flowable or trowellable grout for gap thicknesses from 10 mm up to 100 mm. Conbextra GP has a 28 day compressive strength of 65 MPa when mixed at trowellable consistency.

How do you use fosroc Conbextra GP2?

At 300C place the grout within 20 minutes of mixing to gain full benefit of the expansion process. Conbextra GP2 can be placed in thicknesses up to 100mm in a single pour when used as an underplate grout.

What is GP2 chemical?

Conbextra GP2 is a blend of Portland cement, graded fillers and chemical additives which impart controlled expansion in the plastic state whilst minimising water demand. The low water demand ensures high early strength. The graded fi llers are designed to assist uniform mixing and produce a consistent grout.

Is grout a code?

What is the use of Cebex?

Cebex 100 is an admixture for cementitious grouts where a reduced water/cement ratio and positive expansion is required. Applications include bed grouting, duct grouting, non-shrink infilling and jointing. shrinkage and settlement in properly designed cementitious grout.

What is GP2 in civil engineering?

GP2 is a blend of Portland cement, graded fillers and chemical additives which impart controlled expansion in the plastic state minimising water demand. The low water demand ensures high early strength. The graded fillers are designed to assist uniform mixing and produce a consistent grout.

What is grouting in building maintenance?

Grout is a dense fluid that is used to fill gaps or used as reinforcement in existing structures. Grouts are used in a variety of applications such as repair of cracks, water – stopping in submerged structures such as canals, tunnels, etc., fill seams between tiles, and for stabilizing soil.
