I found a ground wire, located on the inner left frame rail that was significantly corroded. I removed the corroded connector, scraped the wires, installed a new connector and re-connected to frame. As I was doing this, I found a loose wire at one of the connectors located in this location (just as Mattpippert21 noted).

What to do if your Ford F350 is having trouble stopping?

If your F350 is having trouble stopping, or noticeably leaking fluid, don’t drive it. Just have it towed to a mechanic. If you mess up fixing your engine, the vehicle does not move. If you mess up fixing the brakes, it doesn’t stop.
