Is there easy way to adjust clutch d6-9u?
If this is a dry type clutch, and the mechanism is similar to the earlier 4R or 5R series, it’s a seemingly easy adjustment if none of the parts are excessively worn.
How can I adjust the clutch on my Tractor?
Check those facings, on both your clutch, and clutch brake facings. Also check those links and cams, anything that is pinned, moving parts etc., and the fit of the sliding collar for wear. Make sure to tighten the collar nut before testing the adjustment.

How do you tighten the clutch on a diesel?
Once that collar is released, you turn it towards the flywheel, (assume this to be the diesel engine flywheel) to tighten the clutch assembly, turn the collar away from the flywheel to loosen it, then tighten the nut. The lever should be stiff enough to have a distinct “snap over” effect when enagaging the clutch.
