Why does my Ford PowerStroke diesel not start when hot?

Diesel is Power!!! I’ve had two separate issues with a hot start problem. The first time it was a dummy plug and the truck wouldn’t restart until the oil temp was below 150deg using 15 40w oil. I tried and put in 10 40w syn oil and that made it worse and I had to wait till it was below 130deg.
