I have used B&M shift kits in two TH350’s that I’ve had, and the 2-3 shift feel, remained pretty much stock. You can tell if It’s shifting by watching the tach. Manualy shift into 2nd, and bring the car up to 40 MPH, then put the shifter into 3rd. There should be a very noticable drop in RPM when it shifts!
