Not sure the drain is before or after the filter. If the filter was new then it’s accurate. Try to secure the gauge inside the cab and check the wot pressure while driving. Should at least have 2psi. IMO it seems like it would be accurate. But don’t take my word for it, hopefully some others with more knowledge will chime in
