Dashboard switches appear normal, but a/c clutch does not engage. (Is this properly called a “cycling switch”?) Do not know whether the fan switch was on or off when tested. Not sure what the function of the relay is – perhaps it closes when the fan switch is on? Will check tomorrow morning.

Here are the tests I’ve done so far fuel pressure test, fuel pressure 160psi while running, then shut off for 20 min and fuel pressure was at 155 PSI. Dry Compression test on all 8 cylinders between 150-160 psi.

Why does my Chevy truck not start when it gets cold?
Seems to be fuel pressure but can’t smell any gas like it was flooding. It does’nt even fire like it wants to start. It has been starting hard and I would have to turn key on and off 4 or 5 times before I could get it to start but once it started it would run just fine. has any chevy owners out there delt with this before??
