What to do if your Chevy Silverado won’t start?

Replaced selector switch, replaced transfer case motor, and cleaned up the 2 ground bolts under the driver side door. Still service 4X4 comes on in the message box on consol. What next? 4wd switch went to Red Neutral and later the service 4WD came on. Started my truck up and it showed a message saying needs 4wd service. And now my 4wd won’t engage.
