How do I reset my Acadia HVAC?

SWITCH IGNITION ON ENGINE OFF. REPEATEDLY PRESS VECHICLE INFORMATION BUTTON UNTIL OIL LIFE REMAINING PERCENTAGE IS DISPLAYED. PRESS AND HOLD SET/ RESET BUTTON UNTIL 100% DISPLAYED. CHIME WILL SOUND 3 TIMES AND CHANGE ENGINE OIL SOON MESSAGE WILL GO OFF.

Why is my GMC Acadia not blowing cold air?

AC is not blowing COLD air. There is an ond and off hissing sound from the center of the dash. I can hear and see the compressor clutch engaging and disengaging. I put a gauge on the freon low pressure side and it goes up and down as the compressor cycles. Using an infrared thermometer gun I tested the vents.
