My toyota landcruiser Prado 1990, petrol, 3RZ engine has high idle 1200rpm all the time whether cold or hot. I have changed plugs, fuel filter, oil filter, air cleaner, engine oil but there is no change. I have also noticed the break light coming on and off while driving. I need your help.
