Why does my 1988 Chevy Silverado not start?

I’ve got a 1988 K1500 with the 350 FI. It won’t start, turns over, but won’t start sounds like fuel problem. Fuel pump has been changed, fuel filter, Fuel pump relay, Fuel pump fuse, ignition coil, all have been changed or checked. Any ideas. It is getting power, just seems to not be getting any fuel. The possibilities are endless.
