Basically – the cooling system is pressure tested and checked for leaks, if there are no leaks – the vehicle is returned to you. If they find a leak, they are to repair it (up to a certain $ amount). However, FSA 17S09 will remain open until there are parts to complete the repair. Hope that helps!
