How to fix no heat at idle Chevy Uplander?
Re: 2008 Chevy Uplander no heat at idle but we do have… I had the same problem, and it was easy to fix. first when the engine is cold check the level in the overflow bottle, make sure it is properly filled to the cold level line. Second, remove the cap over the water pump and fill. this might only take a cup or two. repeat step two next morning.

2008 Chevy Uplander no heat at idle but we do have heat upon acceleration and under normal driving conditions. I have seen several threads online but no solution I have heard of installing a booster pump but I also understand this can cause an adverse affect our school has 3 of these vans 2 out of 3 are experiencing this problem.
Is the Check Engine light on on a 2008 Chevy Uplander?
You can’t post conmments that contain an email address. 2008 Chevy Uplander- had an electrical wire replaced and as soon as that was done, the check engine light came on. wasn’t on before this repair. Also the light will not clear and it is a P0499. The vehicle was fine before this repair.
