First of all when I turn the 4×4 switch no light on the dash comes on, so I did the norm, checked the fuses Relays and such, so then I Decided to go to the source and removed the T-Case Motor. I removed this and manually shifted it into 4H, when I got back up into the truck I noticed the 4×4 light was still off.
Why does my Ford F350 not have a light?
So I have a 2003 F350 6.0 and when you shift it into 4wd hi or low nothing happens. No lights on the dash come on and I have tested and there is no power going to the motor on the t-case. Any ideas? I have tested all the fuses I could find and have switched out relays under the hood to check that, but still nada.
Is there a dash light on a 4 wheel drive truck?
From what I read if you manually switch the 4×4 on at the transfer case the light should come on, but low and behold I do have 4 wheel drive, I just get no dash light. So at this current time I have to crawl underneath the truck to activate the 4×4.

Why does the 4WD dash light stay on while the truck is running?
The vacuum is used to lock and unlock hubs while the truck is running, so any sort of leak can cause a failure to engage or disengage 4WD. If the F-150 or F-250 can successfully switch itself from 4WD to 2WD via the 4WD switch in the cabin, then the vacuum lines are likely not leaking badly if at all.

Yep your right!:doh: Darn it eh! You could try to trace the powerwire that is dead to the fuse panel and see if you can find the reason for no power. It looks like the only thing in common with the radio and the windows is the Accessory Delay Relay (relay K126 under steering wheel).
