How do you power a fuse box?
There are two wires from the engine harness that supply power to the fuse box. One comes directly from the battery, passes through the starter lug and then into the fuse block. This wire only powers the horn, and the lighting circuits.

Do that with the ignition switch in the “run” position. Based on your findings, I will look at the diagram for your engine and see what the dead fuses have in common.

No power from about half of the fuses located on the side of the drivers-side dash. No blown fuses. I pulled the main fuse panel under the hood (thinking that it feeds the smaller panel on the dash), checked for power- all are good. Cleaned and reattached the main battery ground with no effect.
