What kind of RPM does a Ford Escape get?
It will have a vacuum at low RPM then at wide open it will get up to 15/16PSI or so. At highway speeds the car seems to do fine and not have bouncing or dropping RPM issues. At 85K miles for a turbo it would not hurt to change the spark plugs, may not be the issue however.
