How do you manually open the trunk of a Ford Fiesta?
On most models you can open the trunk by using the trunk release button on the key fob. Most models require you to press the trunk button rapidly 2 times to release the trunk. Otherwise, you can unlock all of the doors, then use the button physically located on the trunk underneath the trim.

Where is the Open Door Sensor on a Ford Fiesta?
The open door sensor is located in the hatch itself so would be worth removing the boot trim to see if it has corroded due to getting wet and no longer making a circuit. Latch needs replacing.
