Tested control circuit from relay to ecm and got .3 ohms. Relay powers up when key first turned on. Have 12 vdc at coils and injectors when jumping relay still won’t start.

Wiggling the wires at the Integrated power module and PCM seemed to help but eventually it refused to crank at all. Problem was traced back to a worn through PCM B+ wire.
