Where is the 12 volt fuse on a Ram 3500?
Where is the 12 volt fuse on a Ram 3500?
Thank you It sounds like the trailer tow fuse may be blown or missing on your 2012 Ram 3500. It is located in cavity J01 in the under hood fuse box (Totally Integrated Power Module). The other trailer tow fuses are related to the lights or brake controller and would not affect the 12 volt circuit on the 7-Way connector.

Is the trailer plug constant a separate fuse?
But yes trailer 12v is a separate fuse The trailer connector fuses are all sitting in the fuse panel in a group… that’s the best I can share….
Is there a aux plug for a 12V diesel?
There is nothing that says aux just 12v ign misc. and that’s good too That should be the one. I would check the wiring before the 7 pin. Possibly have a bad wire. May have a bent contact and the trailer connector isnt contacting as well. Wouldnt be too bad to run a thicker gauge wire from the fuse block to the trailer connector.
