Where is the blend door actuator on a Dodge Charger?

There’s single zone configurations and dual-zone configurations. Single zone has one blend door actuator on the driver side. The dual-zone has one blend door actuator on the driver side and another blend door actuator on the passenger side.

Is the a / C actuator on my 07 Charger messed up?

The blend door actuator for the single zone heating-A/C system is also located on the driver side end of the HVAC air distribution housing, close to the dash panel. The blend door is mechanically connected to the driver side blend air door.
