Where is the filter cap on a Dodge Ram 6.7?

Filter cap under the hood is a 28mm socket. Fit my 6.7, rear filter fit up perfect no problems. Front engine filter/separator fit perfect however- The filter material has fluffs coming off of it right out of the package. That kind of bothered me. I blew it out with the compressor and picked out the loose material. It appears to be OEM parts.
