Well the engine noise is not a tick,it is a tap. I found out today that there is a problem with the 3.5l engine that of course Dodge probably will not own up to. Today my co-worker called a Dodge technician he knows and found out that the shaft that the rocker arm/lifters ride on are turning and breaking off the dowel that holds the shaft.
