Why is my heater blower motor not working?
My heater blower motor is not working. The fuse is fine, and no it doesn’t work on high. This leads me to believe that it is not the relay?
Why is the blower motor on my 2007 rabbit not working?
If blower motor works on full speed then it is the resistor which is under the glove box on 2007 rabbit. Video on YouTube available. I have same issue, fuses are fine, fan does not work at all, have pulled blower and applied power- it works.
What to do if there is no power window?
Check the power window circuit breaker for voltage, key on. That circuit breaker is in fuse box, under right side of dash. Use a testlite to check for voltage. Test the terminals with the key on. If no voltage, you’ll have to check out the ignition switch.

If there’s no voltage when the fan switch is on, then you’ll need to trace things backward. Either the relay isn’t being energized or the other part of the relay isn’t getting power from the fuse. Does the relay click when the fan is turned on?

There’s a switch or something located under the blower fan that goes bad, and not all the fan speeds will keep working. Like on mine, the lowest fan speed no longer works, but the rest do. That’s the blower resistor. When that goes bad the highest speed will still work because the current goes directly to the blower motor, not through the resistor.
