Why is my radiator not working on my Ford Fiesta?
The heater not working is likely due to a lack of water in the system. When talking about the radiator hoses it’s important to differentiate between the top and bottom. Assuming you’re talking about the top hose, it is meant to be hot.

Why is the coolant sensor on my Ford Fiesta flapping?
Then coolant is flowing through the engine (or the coolant sensor is flapped) but the most likely cause is either a seized thermostat (seized close) Go buy a new one and replace it, easy job and cheap part ($20 worse case). If that doesn’t do it I’d be looking at a flapped waterpump (which is alot more annoying)
