My ford Explorer 1995 wont shift out of park. Only way it does is if I put ignition in on position and put car in nutural and turn ignition on. My 13 fuse pops thats the fuse for my breaks. Every time I change it and start the car and push the break it pops. Any idea whats causing this? I have tested the break switch thats fine.
