When it has been taken in to the Chrysler dealership they are unable to diagnose the problem due to the code being resolved. More importantly the van stalled while driving 70 mph on the highway. Lights, radio, fans all worked but the engine just shut off.

Why does my car radio stay on when the key is off?
Hello. If this is the factory radio then you more than likely have an issue with the retained accessory power system. This is what allows the system to retain power when the key is off until the door is open. It may be a relay failure or a failure in the module that controls this.
