Why does the door lock on my Ford Falcon not work?
If they lock then listen by each door lock while you lock and unlock with the remote and if any lock sounds like it is grinding or noisy then that would be the place to look. The other area that could be an issue is the BEM or Body Electrics Module but more likely to be one of the solenoids. They are accessed by removing the inner door panel.
Why is the door open light on in my BA Falcon?
The ‘door open’ light is on in my BA Falcon however all of the doors are closed properly. The central locking wont work because it thinks one of the doors is open. Can I do anything myself to try and fix this?

Where is the ajar switch on a Ford?
The door ajar switch is located at the bottom Door latch and door ajar switch at bottom of the door latch. It’s a really stupid location because dirt and grease that falls into the latch can really much up the pin switch.
