Why does my Silverado truck have water leak?
Almost immediately had issues with water leaking. Took the truck back to the dealer and they said it had a bad windshield seal, so they “resealed” it. A week later, same problem.

Water leaking behind the drivers side dash during rain. It seems to happen when my truck is in a level surface or when the nose is lower. I sprayed the truck w a hose for 2 hrs this weekend and found nothing.

I’ve got a leak on passenger floorboard coming from behind the glove box . I thought it was the heater core but doesn’t smell like antifreeze. Then I blew out the drain hose underneath the hood. Still leaking I’m at a loss. Does anyone know what might be the problem or have any experience with this.
How can I tell if my car has a leak?
At this point the source of the leak was fairly easy to spot. You could easily see that the seam had never had any sealant on it. Where the seam is, is right next to where water would drain from the cowl into the fender. That area had built up just enough dirt/crud to back up water toward the seam and thus into the cab.

I purchased my 2014 Sierra in 2016. Almost immediately had issues with water leaking. Took the truck back to the dealer and they said it had a bad windshield seal, so they “resealed” it. A week later, same problem. This time, my pedal adjustment motor shorted out.
