Why does my Ford Flex have no heat at idle?

Like many numerous posts around the web some ford flex’s have no heat at idle with a fully warmed engine at a stop. As soon as you start moving your heat returns. Next light heater output temp drops dramatically.

Why does the AC blow warm at idle?

There has been a few TBS regarding this issue and everyone of them say make sure no air is in system,flush the heater core check coolant level and so on. i refused to believe that was the problem and after doing everything the tsb says and still observed no changes in output temps this is what i did.

I don’t think mine is the “pigtail” issue from Bryan, since my fan assy. (incl. fan module) has been replaced (twice), which would have included a new pigtail and wiring I believe. The PCM is a vendor-direct part, coming from CA (I’m in VA), and thus takes a week to arrive.
