Why does my Honda Jazz have a judder problem?

Checked with Honda dealer who said the warranty had been extended to cover that “known fault” and so they took the Jazz in for a day to flush out and replace the fluid. Problem sorted – no longer any judder/drag on pulling away so this delightful Jazz automatic no longer feels like a car with manual gearbox being driven by a learner driver.
