It happens a lot when i get rental cars and you do the unlock door scan and click method to try and find you car. id say 50% of the time it winds up setting off another car’s alarm somewhere in the garage. my guess is someone with electronic key seems to be sending the alarm code to your car when they unlock/lock their car.
