Dude, 150 psi of fuel pressure is extremely high, perhaps even impossible. I would suspect your pressure gauge. Dead head pressure may reach 100 psi. These vortec engines are well known for injector/poppet valve problems, so you may want to consider the upgraded injector assembly that eliminates the poppet valves.
