What was the problem with my 2000 Trailblazer?

My 2000 Trailblazer had to have the transmission replaced. When the problem initially happened, I was pulling into traffic so I was moving rather quickly – I heard a loud sound (thought it was a truck behind me) and all of a sudden the car was very sluggish when it shifted.

Why is my Trailblazer 4 wheel drive not responding?

I have a 02 trailblazer with 4 wheel drive problems granted it frustrating me. Put the transmission shifter in neutral. Then, try and shift into 4WD low. The transfer case won’t go into 4 low unless the transmission is in neutral. helpful? I’ve done that – I have 71K miles on it – bought it new – never had a problem getting into 4×4 low – it tries, light blinks, but never shifts.

Is there a problem with my 2002 Chevy Trailblazer?

My 2002 has a problem that still exists after 19 trips to the dealer. It has 58,ooo kms. on it only. I leave it set on 2WD and at times all other lites on the selector flash or stay on etc. It shifts into 4High and when I slow down it goes into 4Low by itself. Anyone else have issues like that. I had a similar problem with my ’02 Trailblazer.

Can a 4WD dash switch be replaced on a 2002 TrailBlazer?

The dealership has replace the 4WD dash switch on my 2002 Trailblazer at least twice over the years for the same situation but my new mechanic just reprogramed the computer which fixed it. Do a search on this because it happens alot to the Trailblazers.
