Open the passenger front door, pull the side dash cover off and look for REAR DEFOG BRKR. You can swap it with the breaker above it to see if it’s the breaker that is bad. There is also a REAR DEFOG RELAY to the left of the breaker. Put your finger on it and turn the defogger on and off and see if you can feel it ‘clicking’.
