Can you put a Reman fuel pump on a DT466?
Click to expand… I wouldn’t try to put the DT408 pump on your DT466, just rebuild or get a reman DT466 pump that fits your truck. Heck, you might be able to get a core credit for your 408 pump, too.

Why does my dt466e have no oil pressure?
Pulled the tube and checked it. It was fine. Pulled the engine oil pump (on crank) and it looks worn. Light grooving and some wear on the gear lobes in the pump. Leaning towards that being it. With it not filling the front cover i don’t think it’s the pressure Reg but i could be wrong.
