I have a JCB 214… I have a JCB 214 backhoe with a 4 cyl Perkins engine. It was loosing power so we replaced the fuel filter. After we installed the new one, we try to remove all air from it and then try to start the engine. After many tryes we got it to go for 30 seconds at a time and then stalled.
