When happening the engine will idle, most of the time, but loops. Tried to go into town yesterday and it does it really bad. Even pops a few times with total loss of power. Pooping usuauly indicated a way lean condition. Go and get a fuel pressure gauge and hook it up jsut down stream of the filter.

After getting towed to a dealer it turned out that a major wiring harness had a loose connection and they simply fixed the plug by plugging it back in proper after that the car was fine. Take it to your dealer tell them your having issues with the car cutting out and they need to do some testing and find the issue.
