What are the model numbers of thermal actuators?
Common model numbers are AA2000, AA4000, AA2001, AA2002, AA4001, AA4002, AA2004, AA4004, A20405, 241283-002 There are no reviews for this product. Note: HTML is not translated! Looking for some spare actuators ,currently have LK A 2004 NC 230 volt 2w.German made, can you provide me with you replacement model please. Thank you.
How old is the clip on Thermal actuator?
On almost every one, the two small plastic clips on the underside which clip the actuator onto the retainer ring have broken off. Is this a common occurrence (they are c 16 years old) and is it possible to replace the clips rather than installing a whole new actuator (there are 12 so quite expensive? Many thanks Jonathan
What kind of actuator do I need for Rehau?
Will the 2 wire 24v version work as a replacement on my REHAU system. The current actuator is 24V 2W 241293-002 A4004 NC . Many thanks
Do you operate spring return actuator over temperature?
† Do not operate the actuator over temperature limits: this could damage internal and external components (disassembly of spring return actuator may become dangerous). † Do not operate the actuator over pressure limits: this could damage internal parts as well as cause damage to the housing and end-caps.
Why do thermal actuators need to be installed?
The thermal actuator removes the need for the solenoid, temperature sensor such as a thermocouple, electronic instrumentation and control circuitry, and power supply such as a battery or DC power supply .With fewer components, the thermal valve is easier and cheaper to install.

What’s the difference between low and high temperature actuators?
• Operating Temperature: “Standard”actuators from -40°C (-40°F) to +80°C (+176°F) Actuators for high temperature “HT” from -15°C (+5°F) to +150°C (+300°F) ⇒ Actuators for extreme low temperature “LLT” from -55°C (-67°F) to + 80°C (+176°F) Caution: for low and high temperature service, special grease and special components are required.
